The hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood with tree-lined streets and is just a short walk from the train station, malls, and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options available. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is very accommodating, with minor requests being fulfilled without hassle. The hotel has an onsen and features great views from its upper floors.
The hotel could improve the variety of utensils available for guests to use.

During my Christmas stay, the breakfast was impressive, and the view from the top floor was stunning. The hotel's location near the train station and the shopping center was also convenient. It was lovely strolling around the neighborhood, which had plenty of greenery.
The lack of utensils in the room, especially during tea time, was very inconvenient. the bed triggered my allergies, leading to red rashes all over my legs.

Convenient location, near train station, malls, and restaurants. Lovely residential neighborhood with open space. Spacious rooms and cleanliness throughout. Excellent buffet breakfast and onsen. Helpful staff, particularly a memorable late-night staff member.

The hotel's excellent location was one of the best aspects of my weekend stay. It was only a short walk away from the train station and close to several malls and restaurants. the room felt spacious and offered great scenery from the 12th floor. The public bath was open until the early hours, providing a private and relaxing experience.
My experience was impacted by a dust mite allergy triggered by the bed. The buffet breakfast lacked variety, which made the experience less enjoyable.
